Does "Deactivate This Device" in the Plugin Free Up a Seat?

No. A team member can click Deactivate This Device in the plugin's Settings tab, under Manage Subscription. It only signs that device out, and the person keeps their seat. To free up a seat, deactivate it on the subscription page.
