Find the toolbar. In a new Figma file, the Actions icon lives in the floating toolbar at the bottom of the canvas.

Open the Print for Figma plugin. Click the Actions icon — or press Ctrl+K (⌘K on Mac) — and choose Print for Figma from your recents.

Click 'Miscellaneous'. Open the preset category in the sidebar.

Choose 'Poster'. The layout updates to 24×36 in instantly — no math needed.

Turn on 'Bleed & Crop Marks'. Adds 0.125 in of bleed so color runs to the trimmed edge of your poster.

Click 'Create'. The plugin generates your print-ready page on the canvas.

Add the headline. A poster is read from across the room — make the title dominate the top two-thirds.

Add the event details. Date, place, and a call to action sit near the bottom, where people look second.
