Compare plans
Print for Figma has three plans:
- Starter is free and lets you create print documents.
- Pro unlocks everything for one person and is billed through Figma.
- Teams unlocks everything for a team and is billed through printability.app with a shared license key.

Check your free creations
Starter gives you 5 creations. Each time you click Create, one is used.
Your creations reset to 5 every 7 days. Unused creations don't carry over.
Hover over Create to see how many you have left and when they reset. When you run out, Create is dimmed and clicking it opens the upgrade window.
Exporting PDFs, DPI and preflight checks, saved presets, and custom colors need Pro or Teams. Pro and Teams have no creation limit.
Manage your Pro subscription
Pro is billed through Figma, so you manage and cancel it in your Figma account settings.
- Open the Figma file browser.
- Click your avatar at the top left to open the account menu.
- Click Settings.
- Select the Community tab.
- Under Community purchases, find Print for Figma.
- Click the ⋯ menu and select Manage subscription.
You'll find the same steps in the plugin: open the Settings tab, then click Manage Subscription under My Account.
Manage your Teams subscription
Teams subscriptions are managed by your team's admin on printability.app. Admins can change seats, update billing, and cancel there. See Team Admin.
If you're a team member, contact your team admin about billing.
Cancel your subscription
When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. You keep Pro features until then, and you aren't billed again.
After that, the plugin goes back to Starter. On a Teams subscription, all activated seats are deactivated but not deleted, and resubscribing brings them back. See Team Admin.
