Export with a preset
Pick an export preset, click Export, and download your PDF. A preset applies a full set of export settings in one click. Exporting requires Print for Figma Pro.
Select the frames you want to export on the canvas, then open the Export tab. For print, start with a Print-Ready preset.
To change a setting a preset doesn't cover, see Export with custom settings.
Export with a preset
- Open a category, such as Popular.
- Choose a preset.
- Click Export. The plugin switches to the Recent subtab.
- Watch the progress until the row says Completed.
Your PDF downloads to your computer automatically. To follow your exports afterwards, see View recent exports.
Check which pages will export
Click the link in the header, such as 1 page selected, to see each selected page in export order. Each selected frame becomes one page of the PDF.
Change the default preset
- Click the gear icon.
- Open Default Export Preset.
- Choose a preset.
The Export tab starts on that preset from now on. This setting requires Pro.
Preset reference
Change any setting and the header shows Custom instead of the preset's name.
