Install & Run Print for Figma

Open Print for Figma in a new file, or save and run it from the Actions menu.

Use these buttons to open the plugin in a new Figma file. Click Save to pin it for quick access, or Run to open it now.

Install Print for Figma

Print for Figma is the standard plugin for individual users, and Pro is billed through Figma. If your team shares a license from printability.app, install Print for Figma TEAMS instead.

Save the plugin for quick access

Saving pins Print for Figma to your Actions menu, so you can run it any time without searching.

1. Open any Figma design file.
2. Find the floating toolbar at the bottom of the canvas.
3. Click the Actions icon — or just press ⌘+K/Ctrl+K.
4. Select the Plugins & widgets tab.
5. Search for Print for Figma and choose it from the results.
6. Click Save or press ⌘+Enter/Ctrl+Enter.

Once saved, the plugin appears right at the top of the Actions menu, so you don't need to search for it.

Run the plugin

1. Open any Figma Design or Figma Buzz file.
2. Click the Actions icon in the toolbar — or press ⌘+K/Ctrl+K.
3. Select the Plugins & widgets tab.
4. Search for Print for Figma and choose it from the results.
5. Click Run. The plugin opens in your current file.

If you saved the plugin earlier, skip the search: it's listed at the top of the Actions menu under Recents. Next, create your first page.

Install Print for Figma TEAMS

Print for Figma TEAMS is the same plugin with team billing. Your team buys seats on printability.app and members activate with a shared license key. See Upgrade Print for Figma for how activation works.
