Common Uses
- Local business marketing (landscaping, cleaning, pest control, HVAC)

- Real estate "just listed" and "just sold" notices
- Neighborhood service announcements
- Hotel "do not disturb" and housekeeping request cards
Design Tips
- Account for the die-cut hole in your layout. Keep all text and images below the hole — the area around and above it is wasted space or decorative only.
- Design both front and back. The back is prime space for a menu, coupon, or detailed service list.
- Use a tear-off coupon or perforated section at the bottom to increase response rates — confirm the perforation line placement with your printer.
- Print on heavy card stock (14pt or thicker) so the hanger is rigid enough to stay on the door knob in wind.
- Keep all text within the safety zone (0.125 in from trim edges and at least 0.25 in from the die-cut hole).
